Return & Exchange Eligibility
We offer a 21-day return window for all regular-priced items purchased online (excluding items discounted 20% or more).
To qualify for a return or exchange, all items must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unworn
- Item must be unwashed
- Item must be in original packaging
- Item must not have stains, markings, or damage
- Item must not have strong odors (smoke, perfume, detergent, etc.)
- Item must not show signs of wear such as pilling
Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Accessories (caps, jewelry, bottles, bags, etc.)
- Socks or undergarments
- Bodysuits
Our 21-day policy does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
Christ Clothing reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions or are requested after 21 days.
Refund Method
If your return is approved after inspection:
Store credits can only be used once. Any remaining balance will not carry forward.
A store credit will be issued to the email used for the purchase.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Store credits, gift cards, and coupon codes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Items
If you receive:
- An incorrect item
- A missing item
- A damaged product

Out-of-Stock Exchanges
If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will issue store credit valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Return Shipping (Sri Lanka Orders)
Returns and exchanges for domestic orders are facilitated through our partnered courier service.

International Orders
For international returns or exchanges, please email our customer support team. Our team will assist you with the return process.
Sale Items
Items discounted 20% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items discounted less than 20% may be returned within the 21-day return window, provided all eligibility conditions are met.
Gift Orders
Exchanges for gifted items are only allowed for:
- The same product
- Different size of the same item
Refunds or store credits are not available for gift purchases.
We may require confirmation from the original purchaser to verify the order.
